I hope this newsletter finds you all well, and no doubt looking forward to Christmas.
Dates for your diary:
November 16th– Fish and chip supper – please let me know asap if you would like to come. Everyone welcome – new beginners – great opportunity to try out your steps. Tickets £20.00 including fish and chips.
November 17th– Jubilee dance festival. Entries now in and tickets available.
December 1st– Waterside competitions. – collecting entries now – and tickets are available.
December 13th– Xmas Charity Party Don’t miss this great Xmas party – get into the Christmas spirit. Feel free to invite friends and family –tickets will be on a first come basis and are available now. Come along and enjoy yourselves whilst helping others at Christmas. Tickets are £15.00 each to include a welcome drink, and buffet/nibbles –all proceeds will go to Trustlinks. An extremely hard working local charity supporting those in the community with mental health issues.
Tickets are going fast so get your tickets now. It has been suggested we do a raffle at the party so if anyone would like to donate a raffle prize for this very worth-while cause that would be greatly appreciated.
Christmas cards – as most of you know I usually donate some money to a charity instead of sending Christmas cards. This year my donation will be the buffet and welcome drinks at the party night on December 13th. So please be rest assured I wish you all a very happy Christmas but I do not expect to receive or send cards.
December 14th – Childrens Xmas party 10.30 til 12 noon.
December 17th– Adult party 7.30 – 10pm All classes welcome £10.00 Join me in a Christmas drink
March 22nd– Strictly come Dancing Charity evening at Brentwood centre Lorraine is taking part again with a new partner Kevin. It would be lovely to show your support and come along for the evening. Tickets are £26.50 and seating is now being booked. They raised £54,000 this year – so with your help next year it could be more. See Lorraine or myself for tickets.
July 27th 2025 – Torquay holiday next year 2025. Fantastic holiday – great value in a lovely part of the country. No experience of dancing is necessary to join our group – Come along and have fun. £515.00 per person 7 nights – great venue – half board – fine dining. Toorak Hotel part of TLH Leisure. Let me know if you need more info., we have a few places left – once they are filled we can confirm the booking.
